Hi Kent. Not all reactions to underwear elastic are due to latex protein allergy, so if you haven't already, I urge you to consult a dermatologist or allergist to determine what is causing your reactions.

If you have latex protein allergy, you should look for underwear made with synthetic elastic. Both Decent Exposures and Cottonfield offer latex-free underwear for men.
