If you have been at the new business over 90 days then you can contact the EOEC because they can file lawsuits against the company if they refuse to allow accomodations for disabilities. Latex allergy is considered a disability. The remark they made to go buy your own chair is illegal because they are required to make reasonable accomodations which typically means under $1000 is considered reasonable especially since its a tax write-off.

Something else you could do is go to your local Voc Rehab office, tell them your situation and they might be able to buy you a chair. Or find you employment in a place that doesn't discriminate. You can also file a workmans comp claim next time you get anaphylactic. Otherwise leave this company and find work with a large employer as larger businesses generally are more respectful of disabilities.
