I just wanted to note that I live in Arizona and have spotted a number of restaurants that use latex gloves. Just because its a law to use non-latex doesn't mean everyone knows this. Most are compliant in town, but occasinally I spot servers with latex usually in small restaurants and not franchises.
Last summer our company had a catered barbeque and that company used latex. So I wonder if caterers are somehow not forced to be compliant? Also I have spotted produce handlers using heavy latex gloves stocking fruits at grocery stores and farmers markets. I once went anaphylactic on a baked potato from the farmers market and suspect latex was the cause since potatoes don't normally bother me.
