Subject: Anyone react to white cabbage or cucumber

I am diagnosed latex allergic but am very good at employing precautions re food etc.Hospital trip in a rush yesterday.Struggling to isolate what caused the reaction. I ate baked potato (well cooked), a homemade coleslaw(white cabbage,cucumber,onion and shop bought mayonnaise).Nothing on the mayonnaise label caused alarm.
The reaction followed swiftly after the meal so I'm focusing there and not on anything eaten earlier in the day. Has anybody else had a reaction to the other ingredients?
Any help appreciated. Thank you.
