Subject: blisters and welts around underwear line

I have been latex allergic for 10+ years however until now never had issues with clothes. Lately I'm developing welts under my bra line and inside my thighs. Any ideas on how to prevent this? Is the amount of latex in underwear enough to cause such a reaction?
