Subject: Try on shoes from other dancers to determine your size. Put up a sign at the real ID school saying you need a pair of used hardshoes & specify the size. You can also post this info on a message board. And look at www.dance-again.com to see if anyone's selling your size. You really need the hardshoes.

  • Ask teacher(s) about shoes you can borrow for practice/feis. Try Wal-Mart ballet shoes, punch holes for crossing long laces. Costume: long sleeve leotard & circle skirt (handy?: lace on neck, wrist & skirt). Hardshoe.com for socks. Tell your parents: dancers earn $$ dancing at 1st Communions, Confirmations, Birthday, Lady's Day, etc. Ask your teachers/Booster Club for advice/help. Good luck & God bless.
