Subject: A family in our school with boy dancers never know how many will be in the comp until they show up at the feis, and sometimes there are only a few dancers. They are going to blow the budget and start to go out of our region and hope they will see enough competitors, and we're going with them. Is the decision to combine comps a feis decision or something the region decides? Would like to have a handle before we plan.
