Subject: 2012 is shaping up nicely!

Whew hoo! 2011 is going out with a bang and 2012 and is looking good!

In December, we get the new SHERLOCK HOLMES 2 movie and I BOUGHT A ZOO movie. I want to see both and haven't been out to the movies in so long, I've forgotten how to wait in line.

In January 2012, we get the ONE FOR THE MONEY movie. AND my brother is coming home for a visit for the first time since our Mom passed in 5 years ago. I did see him in Arizona in 2009 for a family reunion, but it will be nice to have him home for a visit too.

In February 2012, we get RAINSHADOWN ROAD from Lisa Kleypas and I can't wait. If you want to read an excerpt: http://www.heroesandheartbreakers.com/

(Yes, I'm one of Lisa's Diva's!)

Anything that you are looking forward to either for Dec 2011 or the beginning of 2012?

Robin

[> I'm looking forward to Eloisa James's THE DUKE IS MINE at the end of December - and, stretching it a little, JD Robb's CELEBRITY IN DEATH in February. I'd love to see the Stephanie Plum movie, but can't go out to places like theaters yet - so will have to wait for the DVD. -- Judy, Wednesday, December 14, 08:29:32pm

[> [> Hey Judy what about a Drive-in? Do you guys have any left there. We have one still home here in Sac. I'm looking for most of the same things you guys are looking forward to. I just went to see New Years Eve & it was surprisingly good even had a kind of surprise ending!*G* -- LindaW, Wednesday, December 14, 10:51:53pm

[> [> [> No drive-in nearby that I know of - surprising, since this is FL and it could be open year round. I did get a DVD of "The Help" today - I read the book and loved it, and have read great things about the acting in the movie. My son took me shopping this afternoon - we hit Kohl's, Target, and WalMart and finished all the shopping for the boys. It was a beautiful day and I was glad to get out in it! -- Judy, Thursday, December 15, 03:59:13pm

[> [> [> [> And the 7 year-old did tell his dad that he doesn't believe in Santa anymore - he has decided that it's family members who give the presents. He also figures that all the other "special people" - Easter Bunny, tooth fairy, etc. - are family too. And, of course, his 5 year-old brother was there listening and taking this all in. Kinda' sad. However, they're still getting their "big" gift from Santa this year at least. :) -- Judy, Thursday, December 15, 04:05:30pm
