Subject: Thank you ladies!!!

For waving at me & asking about *my* stuff. I AM still writing. In fact, I just finished off a HUGH contest entry (keep your fingers crossed for me). Right now I am blazing through the end of my first draft so I can start getting proposals sent out.

In very exciting news... my critique partner just sold her first book! (if you recall, my other critique partner, Shirley Karr was writing historicals). So this is "Jessa Slade" and she writes paranormals/urban fantasies like me.

Why is this exciting news for me? Well, it gets frustrating and discouraging having been at this for so long and not having sold (and been SO close a few times). But Jessa has been close and been writing even longer than me. And she just sold her first book!! It just gives me hope. *grin*

I hope you do check out Delilah Marville's site. I think you all will enjoy her book. It is Hot, Hot, Hot!!
