Author: Judy
Subject: Time to vote for the Hughies!

HERE THEY ARE - the finalists for the 2010 RBL Romantica Hughie Awards! In each category, you will find the books/authors/characters which received the most nominations. They are listed in alphabetical order by the authors' last names - NOT by the number of nominations received.

Many of you have received an official ballot via email; if you have not, just click on my name above and request one from me. You may also vote directly from the board - just copy and paste this post on a blank email.

To vote: ERASE ALL NOMINEES EXCEPT THE ONE YOU WANT TO VOTE FOR IN EACH CATEGORY! This is important, because any category with more than one entry left in it will NOT be counted! You do NOT have to vote in every category!

Notes:
1) It was quite difficult to decide where to place some of the paranormals this year, especially because they contained elements of different categories within the same book - a group of ReBeLs worked on this for a couple days. However, no matter which category you nominated any book in, I counted it toward its final placement/category.

2) The deadline for returning your votes to me is next Monday, February 14th, at 11:00 p.m. east coast time.

3) Remember: Diva of Romance has already been determined by your nominations! Her name will be announced with the other Hughies winners on February 14th.

LET THE FUN BEGIN!
