[> If you read quality Erotica already (say Emma Holly or Lauren Dane) than I think you will wind up disappointed with the Gray series, but I have not actually read them. I am basing that on conversations I have had with friends who have read both Holly and Dane and found the Gray series compared unfavorably. I'm trying not to slam a series I haven't read - everyone's opinion of "good" and "not good" is different, but based on my knowledge of your likes/dislikes over the years, I think you may not enjoy them as much as other readers do. -- AnnAnn, Friday, July 13, 07:37:07pm

[> [> OK so Heather sent me the first book so I'm going to give it a try & see what I think. *G* I think this will be the first time in a LONG TIME that I didn't just blindly read what you guys tell me to. LOL But hey when you ladies give me such great advice, can you blame me?? *S* -- LindaW£inda, Saturday, July 14, 09:49:42am

[> I haven't read them and really don't plan to. I'm excited about the new Feehan, tho. It's my next read. Have you tried her "mind" series? It's definitely my favorite of all of her series. -- Beaty, Saturday, July 14, 09:23:37am

[> Ok you know me I like stuff none of the rest of you like sometimes and I liked the series. If you just read the first one it is so so.It has a weird ending and I wasn't sure I wanted to read the rest, well I read the end of the last book liked where t finally ended and bought and read the rest and enjoyed the last two books. So like I said I like "different" books. -- Debbie O, Saturday, July 14, 07:23:00pm

[> [> Thanks everyone for your input!! One of the BEST things about this board is all the advice & honest answers we get.. So being somewhat like Debbie & taking into consideration I don't really care/notice writing skills as much as story I have decided to try it & in chapter 1 I like Christian already!!
