Subject: Ronlyn, I am so sorry you have to go through this. It wasn't right what she did but maybe she will be able to send some of the ashes to you. I wish there was a way to make this easier but there just isn't. Time and then talking it out with her once emotions aren’t so raw as she owes you a LARGE sincere apology for how she handled the whole thing. Try not to let it fracture your family ties but at the same time do what you need to in order to protect your own emotions. Know that we will be here for you. Gentle hugs.
