A contemporary jazz conversation between East (that¡¦s East- coast USA) and East (that¡¦s Asia). New York tenor man Bruce Huron trades soaring lines and mixes riffs with Australian rising star Toby Mak on trumpet, and the horns fly in tight formation with a searing bass and rhythm section. A lively excursion through the tangled undergrowth of urban improvisation ¡V no hackneyed old standards here. It¡¦s new, fresh, original and exciting!

Bruce Huron and Peter Scherr have been musical comrades for more than 20 years. Huron is on the cutting edge of improvised music, while Scherr is on a path to explore the best and the brightest of improvised music from many nations.

Bruce Huron, tenor saxophone (New York)
Toby Mak, trumpet (Melbourne)
Peter Scherr, double bass (Hong Kong)
