Yes you can cross black with white and blue,your first generation will be blacks carrying white,if the parent is pure black,but if the blacks carry recessive white you will get some white chicks.The only thing to be aware of is the legs as you want yellow legs in the whites.
If your blacks have lots of yellow in the legs and white undercolour give it a try.
The black F1 chicks mated together will also breed some white offspring.
