This is the first time I have been on this site. I am looking for Cochin or Brahma chickens, but do not want baby chicks as I am not able to care for babies. I am not an experienced chicken raiser. I would like a rooster and a couple hens that are young. I live in Eastern Ohio and they are almost impossible to find here unless you buy 25 or more and I only want pets. I am not particular as to color other than I prefer not to have buff. Please let me know if you can help me. We have a small acreage and my husband has plans for building a chicken house, now all we need is the chickens.
