If they were from the same farm originally, the only difference between the two might be the sex-linked silver gene. In which case, crossing them should result in a flock of homogeneous gold laced, homogeneous silver laced, and a heterogeneous blend of the two. I think that because silver is incomplete dominant, maybe if the flocks came from 2 different people, those silver laced might have some hidden gene that could show up in their gold grandchildren. I am speculating though, give it a go! Genetics = fun.
