 Tough one since there could be a number of causes. My initial thought is that they may be inbred a bit. If you are using a feed with appropriate nutrients I doubt it's diet related (ie the eggs aren't missing something the chick needs). Are all these chicks from the same mating or are you seeing this from different breeding pens?
