Agree with Matt. Ohio National is certainly one of the shows that folks target in the fall to sell their extra birds. The quality of the sale birds is generally much better than you'll normally find, and the prices are also reasonable. Plus, it's one of the largest shows in the country year after year, great time of year to have birds in condition, and the overall quality of birds on display is fantastic. Because it is such a well attended show, it gives folks the opportunity to touch base with breeders they normally wouldn't see otherwise. It's also easy to coordinate delivery of birds if you contact breeders directly. This year they are hosting both the Wyandotte National and the Plymouth Rock National and I am looking forward to both meets!! I know....this is a Cochin Forum, but many of us raise other breeds as well. :)
Also agree with Matt about name dropping being unethical, but there isn't much that can be done about it on Eggbid.
