Subject: Irish Dancing to Pop/Rock Music

Some of my friends think that this video (Pop music dubbed over an Irish Dance Video) shows the way forward. I don't agree. It is RiverDance multiplied by 1000. Anyway, RiverDance is essentially Irish music which comes from the same basic culture as the Dance steps. But the pop element in this video makes it a whole new ballgame. My view: exciting pop music-Yes. Exciting Irish Dance- Yes. BUT not the two together
