"The only way to get rid of a temptation is to give in to it"
(Ocar Wilde)

...a tango with a muse? - Now who could refuse that offer! ;-)

*dragging myself out from under a pile of boots, stacks of galley proofs and empty coffee mugs*

Unfortunately, my talent for moderation does not even run as far as my own heels, so I will have to leave this to the more talented ones - I'm afraid to slip on such sensitve parquet. There are thigns you just should not do in a short dress...

*...just where did I leave that boot polish...? hmmm ...and just where is musette?*

Does a lack of moderation cause a lack of modesty? And is there such as thing as immoderste modesty, or moderate immodesty? Alas, all these questions... But then... I always thought "that every girl on this band [board] is a virtu(e)oso,"...
(Joan Shawlee in Billy Wilder's "Some Like It Hot")

Anik,

Well, I am thrilled to discover your heels are moderately slow, as my own immodest tempo tends to gyrate more towards a saucy tango with anyone wearing a short dress.. *G*

I would volunteer to polish your boots Cara, but I suspect a certain terrapin may take exception to my modest offer. Therefore, I have resigned myself to the task of scuffing your boots dancing a saucy tango, and if I’m fortunate enough, the laws of physics, an unexpected dip and a short dress will allow me to measure the true scope of your self moderated immodesty! *vbg*

It is good to see those lovely boots of yours trail across this board again Cara. *Sigh*, they have left an imprint on my tender heart. *blush…blush*.

Now, does this mean you are the moderately immodest muse given to temptation? If so, does this then make Julie the fatally excessive tempest who likes to succeed. *Snort*

Wellll.....I will be glad if at least someone will watch my virtue or the virtue of my boot polish!
After all, I was never very good at physics (I remember getting constant Es back then, and it was not related to any kind of bra size), so how could I hope to defy the laws of it? ;-)

And, dear... I doubt that the heels I collect have the ability to lave SOFT imprints anywhere! *G*

Well...*blushing* I was watching your virtue but in moderation of course!

Well, my thoughts precisely!!!!! Besides, a bra is not a necessary option for a tango only a rose is. In fact, in the best interest of protecting the sanctity of your virtue, I insist you not wear one at all! Snort
