the only other episode I can think of is in series 5, 11.59 Its about one of Janeways ancesters whos car breaks down between xmas and new year outside of Henry Janeways book store, its freezing and she asks for shelter. They fall in love and as they say "the rest is history"
I know its not about the weather, but its the only only one I could think of where weather plays a part.

Ok, let's see...there's "Resolutions" where Janeway and Chak are marooned on that planet and a storm comes and destroys all her research equipment. Remember the scene where they are huddled under the table for shelter? It had all the J/Cers salivating.

And there's another involving an ion storm, but I'm gonna respectfully wait for the..uh..panel's decision.
