I only know one of these. Dog me was Whistler. Without cheating I can't call up the rest. I might guess, Zander for Toad me and Dawn for Cow me??

You are correct on Whistler for "Dog Me," talking to a hot dog vendor while walking with Angel in "Becoming."

"Toad Me" was Oz, talking to Xander (you were so close) in "Choices," while they are working on the formula that destroys the box of Gavrock...they were throwing in the ingredients, including a toadstool.

"Cow Me" was Riley talking to Xander while everybody was waiting for Xander to start the grill on the beach in "Buffy vs. Dracula."

And my favorite---Buffy discovers that Principal Snyder has "Walk Like An Egyptian" stuck in his head.
