Subject: AT LONG LAST!

To everyone on this site who has supported my writing efforts over the past eight years -- THANK YOU for your friendship and support -- on Sept. 7, I FINISHED the first draft of my debut romance novel, Homecoming -- after 20 years in the making!! -- and this morning put the query and synopsis in the mail to Harlequin Books!! I can't describe my emotions right now. Keep your fingers crossed that they a) want to see the full manuscript and b) read it and offer me a book deal!! WOW... never thought I'd see this day. :) Thanks to Bonnie and Lorrie and Maggie and Nikki and Annie and Sue and Lori and Leslie and OMG, I can't even think right now to remember everybody that's given me encouragement... if I've missed you I'm sorry!

P.S. By the way... the October birthdays are late.. guess I was a little busy... Sorry about that, they'll be up later tonight!!! Love to all!!!

Hey TL, congratulations! I haven't checked this site in months. What a nice surprise to see your good news and to see your shout out to us old timers. Good times, Good friends. Special thanks to Bonnie for keeping the site going. It's really nice to have a place to stop in and "see" old friends. Hope everyone is well.
