Subject: Oh, Bonnie. I'm so sorry. So many people pass off the loss of a pet as a minor thing - but pets are as much a part of some families as children - or in my case, they are my children since I don't have any. My deepest sympathies to you and Rich and the girls. There just are no adequate words. God bless and much love to you and your family.

Bonnie,
I am so very sorry to hear about Shelby. I can understand how you must be feeling. It sounds like she had a long, happy, loving life with you and your family. I know it sounds cheesy but they really are a part of the fam and it is so heartbreaking when something happens to them.
Like Tina Lyn, I also do not have any children and my dog Rusty (and my other dog, Rudy) are both spoiled rotten and treated like my four legged children. When Rusty was missing last weekend, I could not stop crying, people at work were like, it's just a dog. SOme people really don't understand how much they mean and how they can teach you about life in little ways. Shelby sounded like a sweetheart, so sorry for your loss.
