Nick Ford, 33, dialled 999, kept the man warm and looked after, until a paramedic arrived. Mr Ford then assisted with first aid until an ambulance arrived at the scene in Beckenham, south London. Mr Ford said “We were keeping this guy alive – he was wailing in pain. The grinch of a warden must have seen what was going on.” Bromley Council responded “The vehicle was on yellow lines.
