The 27 year old man met up with what he thought was a potential buyer for his Yamaha R6 on November 5th in Sunnymead Road, Kingsbury. The man – described as black, in his late 20s, and was wearing a red and black crash helmet, a black jacket, blue jeans, and trainers - went away, saying he needed to get petrol, but returned armed with a gun. The thief told the owner to get back, before shooting him in the leg and stealing the motorcycle. Thankfully, the victim’s injuries are not thought to be life threatening. Police have asked for witnesses to contact them with any information about the robbery.
