Not wanting to pour too much cold water on the idea, but it is a stupid idea!
What you end up with is an eternal compromise. A bike which is neither good at one thing or another.

It doesn't change its tyres - and it cannot change its weight. There are two of the most important aspects for good bike control in difficult conditions. 21" front wheels at high speed have too much gyro forces to allow quick turns and any bike heavier than 160Kg is a nightmare to ride in boggy conditions!

You would be better off buying a street or an ultra moto (KTM Duke, SM950 etc) with a big seat!
