My MZ Baghira was a better comprimise than this bike - and that was too heavy off road at 160kg! The same it true of the extra sets of tires - what is the point? The bike changes shape so it can be the ideal shape instantly - but changing the wheels is a 5 minute job - not quite so instant now! Plus, you are riding along on tarmac, and finally get to the trails - have you been carrying the extra tires on the back? ;) If this is a job for when you start the day - isn't it easier - and possibly cheaper, to have two better suited bikes? I doubt we will ever agree on this! I, like most bikers have always wanted a one bike fits all type bike, but they just don't exist - everything is always a comprimise in the end!
