 2 primadonnas going on a fully-supported trip through Africa...hasn't that just been done.Just read "The Long Way Down",all I can say is don't bother,first half is full of whingeing about anything and everything,once our intrepid duo reach Africa it's far more interesting.If it had been two novice writers I'd have made allowances but having seen the tv show and read "Long Way Round",which I really enjoyed,sadly in my view the book was a pretty poor effort.I suppose writing a few hundred pages about such an adventure and making it tedious is some kind of achievement in itself.
