[ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 06:16:54 03/17/09 Tue Taking the image of bikers as burger-chompers too far, Harry Sperl has created… the Hamburger Harley – a trike made to look like a hamburger! It even has steam coming off the beef patty when he rides! The artwork – created by airbrush artist Chris Cruz – looks just like a burger, even down to melting cheese, ketchup and the rest. Of his creation, Sperl said “This is just the beginning.” He intends to create other burger-based vehicles, such as a golf cart and drag car. But for now, the next project is to build a home for the Hamburger Harley – a burger-lookalike museum of course. The idea is for the building to look like a double bacon cheeseburger and will house Sperl’s collection of over 1,000 burger related artefacts.
