 ‘Wild Hogs’ star Tim Allen, via his production company, is being sued following allegations that he stole the idea for the hit film.

Battle One Productions alleges Allen’s Boxing Cat company based the idea on a treatment for a film that Battle One submitted to Allen’s personal assistant in 2002. They are suing for “in excess of USD 25,000” in damages.

‘Wild Hogs’ grossed over USD 150 million at the box office.
