There is quite a bit here I don't understand. It would be easy to determine bikes are 3.6 percent of the vehicles, however, where did the 10 percent of the polutions come from ?
While on the percent of polutions .... what about airplanes ? Recently trucks were switched to a different fuel, which was to help .... did it ? Or was this just a way to raise fuel costs ? Planes still use the same old fuel, with no smog requirements ? And planes/jets make what percent of polution ...... remember when there were roadside checks .... they were checking under acceleration, ever see a jet take off ... private or military ?
