Subject: PAWS Act 2005 will affect ALL good breeders & species

Dear responsible breeder of any species,
I was hoping to have over 1,000 signatures by the end of August. My plan is to in early September to print up and mail the petition to the American Kennel Club as well as the government committee the Paws Act 2005 falls under. Sadly, as of August 21, I only have 242.

Please, if this act passes, it will do nothing but negatively affect good breeders while the millers are able to stay in business.

Please pass this on to any dog club, cat club or any species club you know of - both conformation and performance, hunting, etc. Please cross post this widely.

I have written many letters to the AKC and my government officials that have gone unresponded to. The voice of the masses is needed. Just a few of us cannot make a difference I fear with this proposed bill.

Also on the petition are two addresses to write to - the American Kennel Club and the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition & Forestry which the bill falls under.
