Been ages since I've played a mage and every damn one I roll has 21 int. Surely u can get more?

Just fyi, I rolled a high elf mage with 22 int about a week ago. so it is possible. just as a note, at level one i could mem 3 spells in 1 tic standing... i have heard this is a good test.
