 how does one conjure something that's not a sylph? Is it just level that gets you the higher charmies? My druid's lvl 20 & still only gets sylphs.

Yeah, the better chearmies come more often at higher levels.
when you're level 25 or so you'll be able to get stalkers more consistantly.
