Subject: Divorce - Can a Filipina initiate Divorce if she is resident in another country

 I know that divorce is not allowed in the Phillipines, but does anyone know if a Filipina resident outside of the Philippines, married in the Philippines but to a foreign national of the country that she now resides, can initiate and obtain a legal divorce in the country which she now resides. Will it be valid there ? And secondly will it be valid in the Philippines.
