Hi there, i am unhappy because my very good friend has been waiting three years for his fillipino girl friend to come to England. He has sent thousands of pounds out to her and paid for her and her two daughter's tickets for them to come to England and she has given him one excuse after another, saying that the Embassy would not grant her a Visa. Well he has now sent her the deposit for a house in the phillipines and she has moved in to it with her mother and two daughters, and she now says that she had a Visa issued in January 2007 and that she cannot come untill her daughter's have finished school on the 23rd March and also that there is only two Flight companies that leave where she lives, and that they are always fully booked. He sent her three thousand pound for her and her daughters tickets and she says that she has had the tickets for over a year now, and that she is allowed to keep changing the ticket dates. Every Christmas she says that she is coming to England to be with him, but she never comes, so now she says that she and her daughters are coming on the 9th or 16th of April 2007, i feel so sad for my friend as he really thinks that she will come. She said her Visa was granted in January 2007, so how long will she be able to stay, that is if she does actually come, i really have my doubts as this has gone on for so long, and she has had thousands of pounds from my friend and he has worked eighteen hours a day, seven days a week for the last three and half years to give all his money to her, he is sixty two and it is making him ill now, please help me, as i cannot watch my friend carry on like this, he is a good man and does not deserve this kind of treatment. Do you think she is just getting what she can from him, and should he just forget about her, as she has let him down so many many times and his family have disowned him because of this woman. Please what can i tell him. For God's sake help me.

She Is Just using him, making excuses. If she was eager to meet him she would already be there.

SHE IS DEFINITELY JUST USING HIM. IT IS OBVIOUS SHE IS USING HIS MONEY. I pity this guy, he should use his head. There are many filipinas who are good natured and not materialistic. He should look for one if he really likes to marry a filipina. Please tell him to forget this girl. I wish he could find someone who is worth loving..
