Subject: I've always said that your wife isn't half the man that Bill Quinn is. Turns out I was wrong.
In reply to: Melnitz 's message, "I found out that my wife was born on Bill Quinn's (Dr. Melnitz's) 50th birthday. May 6th of this year will be Bill's 100th birthday (as well as the 75th anniversary of the Hindenburg disaster). That is your fun fact of the day. Thank you and good night." on 03:52:43 02/18/12 Sat

  • So every 25 years someone significant to your life is born AND/OR an unbelievably tragic event occurs. Good rule of thumb. (NT) -- Crazy Noodge, 13:49:16 02/19/12 Sun
  • My wife was born on the anniversary of the Hindenburg, I was born on the anniversary of the battle of Midway, and my sister was born on the anniversary of Hiroshima. Even funnier, when my Dad (a WWII USMC vet) finally broke down and bought a Japanese car in the 80s, the day he ordered it was the Marine Corps Birthday (Nov.10th?) and the car was delivered on Dec. 7th!
