Subject: So there I was yesterday having a nice, quiet "Friday before a holiday" type of day, when very people are in the office and no one is especially productive or pressured and many people are leaving from 1-3pm. And then at 2pm my boss calls and asks me to put together something that we will go over as soon as I'm done with it on a conference call to California. So from 2-4:30 I had a hectic afternoon. Where do these people get this distorted work ethic? Working hard on holiday Fridays? Feh!
