Subject: Looking for England's William Groom

Calvin Oyler, grandson of Horace Groom of Missouri, looking for my great(5)grand father William Groom. It is estimated that he was born abt 1750 and ended up in possibly Kentucky or Virginia. He married Sarah Parker abt 1776 and seven children including Abraham (1777-1835), Isaac (1779-1830), Moses (1781-1866), Jacob (1782-1842), Aaron (1785-1845), Susan (1787---), Elizabeth (1789---), and Sarah (1790---). Any help would be appreciated in connecting the dots to an earlier year.
