Date Posted: 08:17:22 04/23/07 Mon Whilst I agree that in the end the politicians are to blame for the problems there have been with the Tye,(as the Council own it), it has to be remembered that it was the lack of quality of the technical management at the time in 2004 that created the real problems - ie the South Downs Joint Committee. The Liberal Democrats' opponents will certainly say they will do better - but then, political opponents always do.
