It looks that way - as morons have started to vandalise the town now. Frankly the situation isn't helped by advertising the problem. Funny? - nope. The Spanish lady should be shut down - it is a terrible pub and does not reflect the community of Saltdean in any way.

I have no idea whether the ‘chavtown’ site fairly or unfairly represents the pub in question, but like Nikki, who appears to have a good sense of humour, (I hope the manager of the pub has one too), I found the site comments, though not conducive to the use of impeccable English, quite amusing.

Not that anyone could criticise your syntax or understanding of vocabulary !!!

The Spanish Lady has been a chronically dire pub for 3 decades. It has always mystified me why a place the size of Saltdean has never had a) decent takeaways b) decent video shops c) good pubs (Rottingdean has 3/4 good plus it's own SL) d) plus how the office licence at the mount has survived is incredible.
