apologies -- just to be clear, I mean the one to the right of the Lido as you are looking at it with your back to the beach, i.e. between Saldean Park Road and Arundel Drive East -- not the pub car park.

This is Saltdeanmy dear and piccadily circus is London, many miles appart. Its a very quite place and not very noisy at all so don't worry it'll be fine
