Subject: I have a feeling it is due to the directors having a webmaster, instead of having their site on a reputable do-it yourself site like godaddy.com or tripod.com. You then have to wait for the webmaster to get around to doing it (as a lot of sites are sponsored) whenever they get a chance. I had a webmaster for my first pageant site and there were gross misspellings on the HOME PAGE that didn't get corrected for months! After that I took a basic class so I could figure out how to jazz up a basic tripod site, and have been doing it myself ever since, with updates every week.

I update when I receive appearance pictures from my titleholders. :-)
