I am experiencing the same problem but the difference is, I don't think I'm in love with my dad..I met him when I was 15 and just recently started to live with him.I'm 19 now. I always wanted to be close with my father like my other siblings but when we tried...the wrong feelings came..not the nurturing kind that a father and sibling feel...and that's how it started. I still don't feel like he's my father but the fact of the matter is...he IS my father...I don't know how to deal with it and neither does he...we talked about it and he told me that he hated to tell me this but he had always dreamed of having a relationship with someone with the same qualities like mine and it is unfortunate that the person turned out to be his daughter...I don't know if things would've been different if I grew up with him.
