Yea know what makes me mad?????

It’s when a person posts to the board looking for something, you e-mail them with an offer to sell them the item or items they want, they tell you they will take them and will PayPal you the money by a certain date and you never hear from them again!!!!

Here’s who did it to me with a little detail.

Scott Hartel

Offered to sell him 3 cars he was looking for. He responded with:

”interested in all 3, you take paypal. Thanks Scott”.

I said yes. To which he responded

“Frank still want these cars, just got in, will e-mail you tomm and make payment through pay pal Thanks Scott”

This was 10 days ago and this was (ever though I have e-mailed him 5 times asking if he still wants these) the last I have heard from Mr. Hartel

Now if Scott would just let me know that he had changed his mind and for whatever reason no longer wanted to complete our transaction it would have been fine and this post would not be here, but since Scott has failed to show enough respect for another board user to do so, here we are…

This whole concept is simple. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND JUST SAY SO

And, just to be clear. This is not about making a sale. This is about never being told he was no longer interested in the items. Common Courtesy!!!!!!!!

So, since I know I’m not the only one who gets a little pissed when this happens I suggest that anytime this happens to anyone that the offenders name be posted to the feedback board as a non-payer.

My suggestion is to not sell to or buy from people that do this. I may be the only one, but I will not deal with anyone listed on the feedback board in this manner!!!!

P.S. Ben, Sorry about posting this on the main board. Just wanted as many people to see it as could. Thanks for the space!!!!

DO NOT deal with "SIMON HEMPSEY" from Calgary Alberta Canada. His e-mail address is "NOMIS23@SHAW.CA". He also uses "SIMON23". My son bought some cases from him, and sent him a money order back in September, which was cashed by him. My son never recieved his cases. All he got was lame excuses why he didn't send them. You wouldn't believe the excuse he came up with!!!! I think four months is long enough to wait, and he should be put on the "Bad Traders" list. No one should deal with him, as he is a "Rip Off"!!!!!!

Just completed a second purchase from Greg Behnke and a trade with Brian Burns. Both of these guys are a class act and would trade with or buy from either one of them any time. You dont have to worry when dealing with either one of these guys, they hold their end of the bargain. Be careful with this one. He bid on one of my auctions, then claimed the item was damaged (I inspected it prior to packing) but refused to ship it back. Then left negative fedback for me.

I dont buy diecast very often, but I just bought the 2000 and 2001 IROC Dale Sr. cars from Greg and they arrived in absolutely mint condition and in a very timely manner. You wont have any worries when you buy from Greg. Great guy and an asset to this fine board of Bens. Thanks Ben for making our deals possible!
