Although they never answer the phone, go figure! I have learned he has a pending court case coming up November 5th concerning his dealings, and I am awaiting additional info on the case from another person who will give me the contact info for the attorney that is handling the case.
I believe he is with the Tennessee Attorney Generals office... As soon as I recieve this info I will forward it along, I know they are trying to find as many people as possible to make their case stronger, so as soon as I get the info I'll let ya know...
