First let me sat that I have done so many deals from this site that everyone on this board knows who I am. I have always been fair, 99% of all my deals always happen trouble free. I DID send the 1:18 SuperSpeedway to this Bonnie, BUT, I did not insure it,.Nor did I send it with del. confirmation,..I call on every person who has received a package from me that was sent to them with no insurance or del. confirmation to please reply. I told Bonnie that I would check with the P.O. & I did, they said it could take up to 30 days. I found another car for her to purchase, & she replied with " I'm not going to spend another $60. " I did offer to pay half which I never got around to sending,..& I did offer to increase the amount ( on my own )to $42.50 which I haven't sent yet either,..& I just told Pepywho has been holding cars for me that I was unable to buy because the VAN IS STILL BROKE DOWN,..I haven't been posting cars for sale for $20. shipped & Elites for $75. shipped for nothing,..I'm trying to sell. Because I know that I did in fact send this car to Bonnie,..I feel 50% blame for the lost package because I probably should have at least added del. confirmation,..Not to many of my packages get lost but it's not impossible. The dates she gave is CORRECT,..Did I owe the money? NO,..I don't feel like I do,..Did I offer in pay 50 % yes, I did. I will send it,.But I have a $600. repair bill to worry about with ice & snow,..So I will take care of my family first,.& send bonnie the $42.50 when I can. On a personal note: I gave my phone numbers to her so she would feel like I wasn't trying to blow her off or that I would send her what I said I would,..& I did in fact tell her that if she calls & makes the kind of comments that she did in her emails I would hang up,.I'm not out to mess anyone over,..I hope that the folks I have done business with on this board knows that about me,..I think awhile back there was post from this dude in Alaska involving $200. I owed,..but only one side was told,..never the less I did owe him the money & he did get his money back ! this money I do not owe. I sent the item !..But once again, I did not send it del. confirmation or insured. I plan on contacting this person via email,.& will send the $42. 50 that I said I would,.. I feel that I have done what my part in this deal,..I'm sorry that the package never reached her,..But I don't think that I should have to go out & buy her another car. Any comments or advise is welcomed.

After talking this situation over with the Post Master it has been recommended that I make this information public. On 9/14/02 I sent a M.O. for 85.00 to Rick Johnson email jjcast@bellsouth.net. He did cash the M.O. but never sent the product 2001 1/18 Earnhardt Super Speedway car. I have never recieved the car. I contacted him e-mail said he did not insure the package to expensive. On 11/16/02 Rick emailed and said he had found another car for 60.00 and he would pay for half the cost. On 11/30/02 again emailed said out of the goodness of his heart he would return half of the 85.00 said for me to look for a M.O. for 42.50. (still looking). 1/06/03 he emailed said he did want to get into a debate but he would send the M.O. this week. And he considered the case closed. 1/18/03 he emailed me said the M.O. had been sent if I did not receive it by Wednesday 1/22/03 to let him know. Well guess what! No M.O. The mail must be extremely slow from Flat Rock,NC. He emailed me back and said he had the M.O. ready to go But, Guess What! his van broke down and he needed every dollar he could find to have it repaired. Oh, he did send me his phone numbers to let me know he was an honest person. Only he said not to call him up and talk crap to him he would just hang up. I have not even tried to call him, just another line to listen to. I just intend to make this information public so that someone else will not be victim of Rick Johnson. I have also contacted action 9 with Don Griffin and hopefully we will have this information on the news soon. I can certainly live without the 85.00 I'll never be able to recover it anyway. But maybe this information will keep this from happening to anybody else. Remember people out there sometimes take your money and never send you the product. 5 months and still looking for M.O. or Earnhardt car from Rick Johnson Flat Rock North Carolina jjcast@bellsouth.net.
