Calvin Wilson-traded with, he sent me my elusive 1/18 Peter Max.
Jon Skeens-we traded, we bought, we sold, wound up with a #2 Wrangler.
Brian Coryell-we traded, wound up with 3 NICE cars.

I bought several elites and other cars from Russ. They showed up with one of the best packaging jobs I've seen, and the diecast as well as the sleeves and boxes were like new as well. it was refreshing to get items I didn't have to look for replacement sleeves and such for.

I AM SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOU GUYS AND YOUR PROBLEMS WITH RJ I POSTED FEEDBACK MONTHS AGO ABOUT A BAD DEAL WITH RJ. ON 9/14/2002 I SENT A M.O. TO RJ FOR 85.00 1/18 EARNHARDT SUPER SPEEDWAY CAR. THE CAR NEVER ARRIVED. 11/16/2002 RJ SAID HE FOUND ANOTHER ONE FOR 60.00 AND HE WOULD PAY FOR HALF THE COST. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. 11/30/2002 RJ EMAILED ME SAID HE WOULD SEND 42.50 HALF OF THE 85.00. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. 1/6/2003 HE EMAILED ME SAID HE DID NOT WANT TO GET INTO A DEBATE THAT HE WOULD SEND THE M.O. THIS VERY WEEK. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN.1/18/2003 EMAILED ME SAID THE M.O. HAD BEEN MAILED IF I DID NOT GET IT ON 1/22/2003 TO EMAIL HIM. I WAITED UNTIL 1/25/2003 NO M.O. HE EMAILED ME SAID HE WAS ON THE WAY TO THE POST OFFICE AND HIS VAN BROKE DOWN. GUESS WHAT HE NEEDED THE MONEY FOR REPAIRS.NEVER MAILED THE M.O.THE POST MASTER IN ROCKWELL MAILED SOME PAPER WORK TO HIM ASKING THAT HE SIGN THE PAPERS SO THAT THE PACKAGE COULD BE TRACKED HE NEVER SIGNED THE PAPERS SAID HE WOULD NOT SIGN THE PAPER WORK. OUR POST MASTER ALSO SAID THIS IS FELONY MAIL FRAUD. I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE I WILL SEND THEM TO YOU. In October i wanted a MLB Color Chrome Set well RJ Emailed me asking $90 for his set i said Great. Well RJ owed This Pat guy Money for a #20 Pumpkin Car, RJ asked me to send Pat the Money Order and when pat emailed him telling him he had received the money then RJ was suppose to send out the MLB SET. Well i kept emailing RJ asking if he had sent the set out and he emailed me saying that Pat was acting like he may not send out the Pumpkin car so RJ in turn acted like he was gonna get stuck , but that was not my problem I sent out the Money order for the mlb set like i was asked so my thought was why is RJ delaying shipping me my set? Well he finally sent out the mlb set but it took about 3 weeks. So I rj may have never shafted anyone in trading but he does seem to have a problem holding 100% to his word. And this business is no life or death situation so everyones word when it come to diecast should be pretty much accurate.
Sorry RJ but you are not the perfect trader u claim and making someone hold a car for over a month and not buying it was wrong at least u could have emailed russ and said russ if u get the chance to sell the car go ahead but if in a month u still have it then i can take it.

Wanted $1000 worth of diecast from me, said he was sending a MO, every week he had a new excuse and told me it was coming. Ended up holding them for weeks never to receive ANYTHING!! I left messages on his phone, emails, never heard anything. I know this happens all the time, but this guy emailed me every day, calling me and all, then never hear a word ever again after it was time to pay. Just to save yourself alot of aggravation, just steer clear!

RJ said he wanted to buy my '98 Earnhardt Jr. Coke Elite for $110 on 6/2/03 and asked me if I'd hold it for him. No problem I said. On 6/23 I e-mailed back to him and asked if he still wanted it. He said..."yeah man"...should be able to get the $ to you shortly. Thanks for holding it for me.

On 7/6/03 RJ posted a '01 Earnhardt Jr. MLB CW car for $100 shipped. I e-mailed him and told him I'd take it in trade for the $110 Elite he told me he wanted on 6/2/03. He said he still wanted to buy the Coke Elite but did I have anything else to trade for the MLB CW? He realized he posted the MLB CW at a good price and didn't want to let it go!

Now he's wanting to back out of the deal for the Coke Elite because he "never committed to buying it"? Says "nothing is ever sold until the cash is in hand"!

Use caution when dealing with RJ !!!!! He doesn't feel him asking for something to be held for him (for a month) and saying he'll send the money (three times) shortly is a committment???? Also doesn't understand why he keeps getting bad feedback. I do !!!!

I bet no one gets to buy the '01 MLB CW at the $100 shipped he posted either!!! Said "he doesn't understand how fellow dealers can turn against each other"? Well...I'm not a dealer....just a collector that's tired of people like RJ backing out of committments !!!

The people on the board are all good people,.. we all want to sell our items or trade for whatever we want, But sometimes things don't work out & I don't think we should bad mouth anyone here,..what is the point in doing that,..Jim Gula held a car for me & I didn't send him the payment,..But Jim & I have traded, bought from ea. other several times. every deal between us has always been great,. Stay away from Rapid Randy! He gets payment and then doesn't ship!! I sent him a MO and he says he shipped, but no receipt, no proof, no delivery confirmation NOTHING! I have several emails from him, as do several others on here! Not to be trusted! Hopefully, we will get some re-course, as we have all filed police reports and internet fraud paperwork (or are in the process of filing). Maybe he can do some jail time!
