First let me sat that I have done so many deals from this site that everyone on this board knows who I am. I have always been fair, 99% of all my deals always happen trouble free. I DID send the 1:18 SuperSpeedway to this Bonnie, BUT, I did not insure it,.Nor did I send it with del. confirmation,..I call on every person who has received a package from me that was sent to them with no insurance or del. confirmation to please reply. I told Bonnie that I would check with the P.O. & I did, they said it could take up to 30 days. I found another car for her to purchase, & she replied with " I'm not going to spend another $60. " I did offer to pay half which I never got around to sending,..& I did offer to increase the amount ( on my own )to $42.50 which I haven't sent yet either,..& I just told Pepywho has been holding cars for me that I was unable to buy because the VAN IS STILL BROKE DOWN,..I haven't been posting cars for sale for $20. shipped & Elites for $75. shipped for nothing,..I'm trying to sell. Because I know that I did in fact send this car to Bonnie,..I feel 50% blame for the lost package because I probably should have at least added del. confirmation,..Not to many of my packages get lost but it's not impossible. The dates she gave is CORRECT,..Did I owe the money? NO,..I don't feel like I do,..Did I offer in pay 50 % yes, I did. I will send it,.But I have a $600. repair bill to worry about with ice & snow,..So I will take care of my family first,.& send bonnie the $42.50 when I can. On a personal note: I gave my phone numbers to her so she would feel like I wasn't trying to blow her off or that I would send her what I said I would,..& I did in fact tell her that if she calls & makes the kind of comments that she did in her emails I would hang up,.I'm not out to mess anyone over,..I hope that the folks I have done business with on this board knows that about me,..I think awhile back there was post from this dude in Alaska involving $200. I owed,..but only one side was told,..never the less I did owe him the money & he did get his money back ! this money I do not owe. I sent the item !..But once again, I did not send it del. confirmation or insured. I plan on contacting this person via email,.& will send the $42. 50 that I said I would,.. I feel that I have done what my part in this deal,..I'm sorry that the package never reached her,..But I don't think that I should have to go out & buy her another car. Any comments or advise is welcomed.

After talking this situation over with the Post Master it has been recommended that I make this information public. On 9/14/02 I sent a M.O. for 85.00 to Rick Johnson email jjcast@bellsouth.net. He did cash the M.O. but never sent the product 2001 1/18 Earnhardt Super Speedway car. I have never recieved the car. I contacted him e-mail said he did not insure the package to expensive. On 11/16/02 Rick emailed and said he had found another car for 60.00 and he would pay for half the cost. On 11/30/02 again emailed said out of the goodness of his heart he would return half of the 85.00 said for me to look for a M.O. for 42.50. (still looking). 1/06/03 he emailed said he did want to get into a debate but he would send the M.O. this week. And he considered the case closed. 1/18/03 he emailed me said the M.O. had been sent if I did not receive it by Wednesday 1/22/03 to let him know. Well guess what! No M.O. The mail must be extremely slow from Flat Rock,NC. He emailed me back and said he had the M.O. ready to go But, Guess What! his van broke down and he needed every dollar he could find to have it repaired. Oh, he did send me his phone numbers to let me know he was an honest person. Only he said not to call him up and talk crap to him he would just hang up. I have not even tried to call him, just another line to listen to. I just intend to make this information public so that someone else will not be victim of Rick Johnson. I have also contacted action 9 with Don Griffin and hopefully we will have this information on the news soon. I can certainly live without the 85.00 I'll never be able to recover it anyway. But maybe this information will keep this from happening to anybody else. Remember people out there sometimes take your money and never send you the product. 5 months and still looking for M.O. or Earnhardt car from Rick Johnson Flat Rock North Carolina jjcast@bellsouth.net. Much to my surprise, my son finally recieved his cases. Of course, it only took 5 months, and they weren't mailed until a week after I posted him on the Bad Traders list. The excuse he gave him this time was that he gave him the wrong zip code. Ya right, like he doesn't know his own zip code. He said he had to look it up in the white pages, which is rediculas, as he has had at least a dozen e-mails from my son. He could have just e-mailed him. He told him he kept nine of the cases to cover his postage in resending them. I don't know if it was done for spite, or if he is just plain stupid, but when he packed them, he had stacked them one inside the other so that they are either cracked, or so badly scratched, that he can't use them. The base of them, he just threw in the box any which way. A six year old would know better than to do something like that. What my son recived for his money is trash that he now has to dispose of. GREAT DEAL!! Not only that, but he went on to say "Thanks for making ME spend my time, gas, and money." Now you tell me, who lost what??
I wasn't going to post this, but the more I thought about it, the madder I got. I just want to be sure he "STAYS" on the BAD TRADERS list. "DON'T" deal with him, unless you want to be cheated by this guy. We are just glad to be rid of this loser.

Just picked up an Earnhardt Elite from Brandon that I could not find anywhere. I actually was about to give up looking for this piece and decided to drop Brandon an e-mail and see if he had the car or could find one. He e-mailded me back, didnt have it. Within 24 hours he e-mailed me back and told me he had located one and shot me a price on it. He was very reasonable on the price he gave me and I bought it immidiately! Car was shipped to me in a very timely manner, arrived in as mint condition as any I have ever recieved from anybody, had great communication throughout the deal, and Brandon is one of the best people I have ever dealt with on this board. Would buy with confidence from him anytime! Im not really sure just what PeeWees problem is with Brandon, because he had posted a nasty little comment about one of Brandons ads just before I bought this car from him. Believe me folks Brandon is a great guy and a real asset to this board! I Dont care what PeeWee says, as far as Im concerned hes full of it, and has no idea what hes talking about.

Just wanted everyone here to know about this trader so you can all put him on your good guy list. I just completed a very high dollar trade with Tom and he is a great guy to trade with and does exactly what he says he will when he says he will do it. The item was packaged very carefully and arrived in mint shape. Id never heard of Tom before and was cautious on this deal but he has feedback at ebay of over 900 positives, so I took a chance on him and I am not a bit sorry for it! I think hes relatively new to the board, so if you get a chance to do a trade, buy, or sell with Tom you wont be sorry! Thanks again Tom, car is EXCELLENT!!!
