 Hi everyone,

I'm a German student writing an essay on the last night of the proms. Does anyone know any links concerning the history? I don't mean the history of the Proms (I have plenty of that), I mean the history of the last night... since when has it been what it is today? Who introduced the singing of all those patriotic songs? Does anyone know? would be a great help - thanks!
